The courses offered in the selected academic terms will automatically populate. If a term is not listed, the course is not available during that term. Click the box to agree to the terms. Click Enroll. When you click the Submit button, this billing item will be available for the family to pay if the To be Paid by Student was selected.<br><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"200\" height=\"40\" class=\"wp-image-3492\" style=\"width: 200px;\" src=\"https:\/\/virtualvirginia.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/step-12.png\" alt=\"Click the Submit button.\"><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If this is a <strong>fee-based enrollment,<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/virtualvirginia.org\/article\/fee-based-enrollments-deadline\/\">select a payment type.<\/a>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To view your school\u2019s Payment Queue in Genius, click the <strong>Payment Queue button<\/strong> in the lefthand navigation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When enrolling students in VVA courses, the counselor, school coordinator, or division coordinator of record should regularly check the Payment Queue for the addition of any&nbsp;<strong>fee-based enrollments<\/strong>&nbsp;and choose a payment type for the enrollments (i.e., credit card or invoice).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a payment type has&nbsp;<em><strong>not<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;been identified in the Payment Queue within&nbsp;<em><strong>two calendar days,<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;enrollments on the Payment Queue will be&nbsp;<em><strong>removed<\/strong><\/em>.
