Enrollment & Fees for Global Students<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

The information on this page applies to global<\/em><\/strong> students, defined as students who are not enrolled in a Virginia public school. This includes private school students, homeschooled students, out-of-state students, and international students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Textbooks, fees, and other materials are the responsibility of the enrolling party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Grades K\u20135<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Virtual Virginia\u2019s K\u20135 students are enrolled full-time with daily synchronous instruction. Grades K\u20135 require a minimum of\u00a025 enrollments\u00a0by June 5, 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

VVA students in grades 6\u201312 may be enrolled either full-time or as supplemental enrollments in individual courses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enrollment Fee Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Enrollment fee payments for global students are the responsibility of the enrolling party. Enrollment fee payments for the 2026\u20132027 academic year are due prior to the course start date and must be made online by debit\/credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover).\u00a0Failure to pay enrollment fees may result in the withdrawal of the student(s) from their respective courses.<\/strong>\u00a0If the matter is referred for collection to an attorney or to a collection agency, then the debtor will be liable for attorney\u2019s fees or additional collection fees of the unpaid balance. Enrollment in Virtual Virginia is deemed to be acceptance of these terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
